It is very rare that packages are damaged in shipment. Please carefully inspect contents of all packages upon arrival. In the unlikely event that damage or loss is detected, please notify us at once using the toll-free 800 number provided to all our customers, and preserve all packaging materials and paperwork for inspection, or insurance claims cannot be honored. You can also call us at 941-766-1533 if you do not have the 800 number available.
